Art coloring?

ok does anyone no how these people colored their art???? cause im really curious. im 100% sure it was colored digitaly. but plz tell me what coloring system its called if you have any idea.

The first one is a photomanipulation or plain photo, I’m pretty sure. They probably used photoshop to edit and add stuff to it.

The second might just be markers, but it might be something like Paint Shop, or Photoshop again. I think it’s probably not markers, actually, since it’s in the “digital art” catagory. It’s just a colour, like in paint, but the software they’ve used has the option to change the opacity. That’s all they’ve done – coloured, like in MS Paint, just with a lower opacity and some layering of colours.
