Can I print nude photos at a photo Kiosk?

I’m wanting to print off a photo of myself for my husband for valentines day. Just a 4×6 nothing to big. I don’t need to fix it or do anything but print it. Would I get in trouble?

It’s not about legality, it’s about policy and many public image printing places have rules against printing nude photos. Even many online photo printing labs will not print even non-pornographic nudes. I just had a company I’ve been working with for over a year, turn down a print saying they will no longer print any image with any nudity.

I’ve had one photographer tell me he uses shutterfly and has no problem with non-pornographic nudes. Don’t feel bad about asking an online company straight up. Even if they don’t, they probably won’t be offended that you ask.

I suggest you make a choice based on a real experience someone has had, not based on what people, kind of sort of think is probably legal and therefore probably okay, maybe. Or ask.
